RETURN POLICY

  • What is 900 Cart’s Return Policy? 
    • 900 Cart’s returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased for any reason within the specified return period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
  • How does return works?

Pick Up:

    • We offer a free pick up service. You will see a return option inside the "sales order" tab of customer portal.  
    • Upon the return request, customer will receive the sales return document with barcode.
    • Customers are advised to upload the pictures of the returning items, sales return document generated, reason for return all together at the "Communication History" chatter option inside the "Sales Order" tab.  
    • Upon the receipt of return request. We will create a return courier shipment from the customer address to 900 Cart facility. The return courier label will be shared with you to stick on the return shipment.
    • During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. If the product(s) do not pass the quality check, we shall not accept the return. If you choose to return the returnitem for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective returnitem, you will be refunded the full money. Please note that we do not have the option of exchange of products yet for the return items purchased by you on the website.
    • Return shipment package must be ready with return label pasted on the package when the courier agent reaches your destination for collection.

​The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

    1. All return items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. T-shirt must be packed in the original package)
    2. Refund request will be declined if the product returned is found to be used, damaged or the original tags are found missing. In such a case, the user shall not be eligible for a refund.
    3. Purchased return items cannot be exchanged but can only be returned.
    4. Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to return orders.
    5. 900 Cart shall reserve the right to restrict return of the return items purchased on 900 Cart website if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in 900 Cart’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an return item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main return item, then you will have to return the free product as well  
    6. 900 Cart will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, 900 Cart would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User 
  • To return a product to 900 Cart, please follow these steps: 
    • You have to login to your account on https://www.900cart.com and follow the steps:
    1. Go to “My Accounts” on the top right of your screen
    2. Click on “Sales Order”
    3. Create a Return Request by clicking on “Return” button
    4. A sales return document will be generated when the user click on "Return" button, the same shall be attach to the "Communication History" chatter widget available on the same page.
    5. Attach all 4 dimensions pictures of return items and describe the reason for return on the same chatter widget 
  • How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
    • Payments made via Credit Cards, Debit Card, Net Banking or wallet, will be refunded in 7-10 working days from the time of order cancellation.
    • For all COD orders, a refund link will be shared on the registered mobile number and email. To redeem, you will have to enter your bank details or UPI details and the amount will be transferred to the verified account.
  • Does 900 Cart pick up the product I want to return from my location?
    • Yes, we provide product Pick Up facility for all eligible return items
